Note: Since this issue will not affect recording function, re-logon to HD NVR Manager/HD CMS
Manager for continue operations.
# 2899: In a rare case, volume creation may fail if certain anti-virus software is installed.
Workaround: Turns off real-time protection of NOD32 4.0 before creating volumes.
# 3020: GVD Player may not run on a PC which has no GVD NVR program installed previously.
Workaround: Executes vcredist_x86 in the bin folder to correct the environment manually.
# 3588: Users may not be able to remove volumes after pulling out the HDDs.
Workaround: Start “Storage Configuration Manager” program to re-scan the volumes.
# 3692: For XP embedded platform, when user executes “Intel® GMA Driver” option in the
System Control panel, it may cause Intel® GMA Driver tool to crash. The applicable GVD
products are M620-C032-OV , M630-C048-OV, and M640-C064-OV.
Workaround: Uses “Display” option in the System Control Panel to modify the display settings.
# 3925: For XP embedded platform, when user executes “nVideo Control Panel” option in the
System Control panel, it may cause nVideo tool to crash. The applicable GVD products are
M620-C032-DV, M630-C048-DV , and M640-C064-DV.
Workaround: Uses “Display” option in the System Control Panel to modify the display settings.
# 4002: For XP embedded platforms, when user uses “User Accounts” in the System Control
panel, it may show a script error message.
Workaround: Please switch the System Control panel to Category View.
# 4099: For systems using Intel on-board VGA card, if the video display on the system exceeds
the VGA capacity during the auto touring then it may causes HD NVR Manager to work
abnormally.
Workaround: Software watch dog will restart HD NVR Manager automatically when necessary.
# 4710: If camera disconnected while user browsing in iPhone device mode, the status will not
change to video loss in the device mode.
Workaround: Re-login NVR on iPhone to get the update status.
# 4720: The iPhone NVR Viewer cannot support panoramic cameras (ex: Arecont 8xxx series)
